This is the day you have been waiting for! We will work with you and all professionals that you hire for the event to ensure that the event goes as you have planned and that it will be memorable and enjoyable for you, your family, friends and guest.
We start by meeting with you in person to discuss your desires, wants and needs for the event. After the first meeting we will start designing a custom show for your Special Day based on what we have learned about you and your wishes in our first in person meeting with you! We understand that the planning for Your Dream Reception is a stressful time for you! That is why we treat you as a personal friend and not just another customer!
After the initial personal contact with you, we will keep in contact by email, telephone or instant messenger. Approximately 2 weeks before the Big Event we will meet with you again in person to discuss the final plans for the show! We take great pride in our personal approach to Your Wedding Reception! Kathy and Bill do 95% of all of the wedding receptions that we handle! We bring with us our experience and little extra personal touches that maker Your Special Day even better!
We are a highly interactive DJ Service. We like to get involved with you and your guest to keep the party going! Our staff will not just sit behind our control console and just push buttons to make the music and lights work. Our staff will also be dressed appropriately for your event!
We offer complete on line planning forms, and song request on line that can be added to or changed up to One day before the big day. We will provide links on our web site for you, your wedding planner and your guest to access these forms and we are notified immediately when changes are made to the forms. We will also provide printed time lines to any other professionals that you have hired for the event, such as wedding planners, photographers, videographers & caterers to ensure that the event flows smoothly.
We take pride in presenting the Bride and Groom with a Beautiful Wedding Certificate entitled "The First Dance". This Certificate is presented right after the couples first dance.
